Hey, I am not a back up !

While someone who is somebody was getting nervous about something he doesnt know to accomplish an assignment, he came to me for help. I did told him, be calm and dont be panic. He said okay. I asked him, what did he want ? He answered, bla, bla, bla ... I said, okay, I will help. But ... there were term of condition if he wanted me to help him. I asked him if he did trusted me or not ? He said he did. I said, okay, then let me to do it peacefully and dont let anyone bother me unless I ask them to. He said okay, deal !

In fact, he didnt listen to me.
In fact, he did the assignment by himself without coordination to me first.
In fact, what he did was wrong and everyone was complaining.
Means, he has never trusted me or maybe he has just too over self confidence ....

Now, the problem is still keep going, and unsolved. And I am so happy to intimidate him all the time !!! The worst is he is too arogant to ask me for another help. What a sad attitude ! I said, this is what you get while you didnt keep the commitment ... And I will keep teasing and intimidating him badly, very, very, very badly .... :p

Hikmah ... while Rasulullah was leading the war and asked the mujahids not going down from the mountain, but they did ... then they did lost the war ... they were killed ...

The issue is ... how much important of the commitment for all parties who are involved with, to keep communicating and follow the instruction of the leader ....

And yes ... I am not a back up ! I m not good ! I am better because the best is belongs to Allah. While u got the post anyway, it doesnt mean that u r the best, but it has just because u r lucky ! In fact, out of doors, there are thousands people who are much better than you, but they are luckier than u cos they are not in ur position as Allah safe them from the stupidity ... and potentially of doing something wrong or that is not appropriate, not amanah ... that is the lesson of life, young man ... !

So think about it, I am not a back up !
So does u r not smarter at all ... !!!

The thing that makes me adore and fall in love with him badly actually because ... I think he has an attractive personality, humble and cute. The way he though, teasing Blake Shelton, appreciate the candidates, etc.was manly. That is all I know while I watch him on tv, at "the voice" program.

In fact, he is hot and his voice is deadly sexy !!! Oh my God !

Ya ampun galaknya ...

Ceritanya ini hari saya memasuki hari ke-5  dari rencana panjang kerja bareng konsultan untuk 3 (tiga) bulan ke depan. Singkat kisah, rombongan konsultan yang ber-15 orang ini kan sebagian besar separoan umur sayah, jadi agak belum punya jam terbang bergaul dengan dunia nyata kali ya, terutama dunia pemerintahan yang super duper konservatif.

Nah, bos kecil tim tuan rumah nih mulai gerah dengan habitual dan attitudenya para konsultan itu. Perkaranya memang terkesan remeh temeh, antara lain sikap mereka bawa cangkir kopi ke ruang rapat besar direksi. Sepele kan, tapi hal ini tabu buat kita para pegawai. Jadi kami sampaikanlah induction perihal etika di pabrik yang sangat konservatif dalam nilai kesantunan ini, antara lain dilarang menggunakan toilet direksi (pegawai aja ga berani), no jeans, no sexy dress dg belahan atasan yg rendah atau belahan bawahan yang tinggi, dst. Lah mereka kalau datang bajunyaaaa .... "sobek" sana sini, rambut uwel-uwelan, sayangnya timbangan mereka bukan 45 kg seperti saya, jadi kaaaan ... gimana gitu. Laki2 pada ga sukaaaa ...

Kelar sholat dhuhur, saya dengarlah 2 (dua) orang konsultan itu berjalan di selasar menuju mushola sambil ngobrol perkara cangkir kopi, dengan sinisnya ...

Kons A : Memang siapa sih yang bawa cangkir kopi ke ruang direksi ?
Kons B : Gue. Memang ada peraturannya ? Bla, bla, bla ....

Dan seterusnya.

Masuk ke musholla, langsung saya damprat tanpa ampun.

"Namanya juga culture. Jadi, orang ga boleh telanjang sembarangan itu ga ada peraturan tertulisnya. Sama halnya perihal cangkir kopi, jadi jangan tanya ada atau tidak peraturan tertulisnya ..."

Dan mereka pun kontan bisu ....

Intinya di mana bumi dipijak, di situ langit dijunjung. Itu aja ....

Bos kecil tim tuan rumah, laki2 muda, jadi walaupun dia bos kecil, tapi karena saya lebih mature (tuaaaaa), maka dia tetap panggil saya mbak. Nah, saat saya ceritain saya habis ngedamprat konsultan yang ga tahu etika itu, dia ngakak-ngakak. "Galak banget lo, mbak ..." Lah ... ya segitu deh galaknya saya. Tanaman juga layu deh kalau lihat saya lagi galak gitu. Dan saya lupa kapan terakhir saya ngedamprat orang ....
